Welcome to Lynn Cleaning Services. By using our website, booking a cleaning, or engaging with our services in any way, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Lynn Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services in and around Lynn, MA. All services will be performed as described during booking and confirmed in writing or by phone/text/email.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe working conditions, disrespectful behavior, or if access to the property is restricted or unsafe.

2. Appointments & Access

It is your responsibility to provide access to the property on the scheduled day and time. If we are unable to enter or are delayed due to no access, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply (see Section 5).

We may request a key, code, or lockbox to access the premises. All keys and access methods are securely handled.

3. Cleaning Products & Equipment

We provide all cleaning supplies and tools unless otherwise arranged. We use eco-friendly products by default. If you have special product requests or allergy concerns, please notify us in advance.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are provided at the time of booking and may vary depending on the size, condition, and scope of the job.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept [cash, credit/debit, Zelle, Venmo, or specify your options]. Late payments may incur a fee after 7 days.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

  • Cancellations under 24 hours may be subject to a $35 late cancellation fee
  • If our team is locked out or unable to enter the property, a full-service fee may apply

We understand emergencies happen — just give us a call and we’ll do our best to work with you.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your service! If something was missed, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to fix it — no extra charge. After that window, we consider the service completed and approved.

7. Damage & Liability

Our team takes great care when working in your home or office. However, accidents can happen. Please report any damage within 24 hours of the service.

We are fully insured and will assess incidents case-by-case. Lynn Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, unstable fixtures, or items not disclosed as fragile.

8. Pets & Safety

We love pets! But please let us know in advance if you have pets at home. We ask that all aggressive animals be secured during our visit for everyone’s safety.

9. Website Use & Content

All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Lynn Cleaning Services and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
